If you want to complete a project on time, you need to manage it well. You also need to make sure you are within budget. Not only must you work to meet deadlines but you also have to make sure that quality does not suffer.

The project management also helps and guides the project manager and the project team to make better decisions that are crucial in the development plan of a project. It also manages and controls the resources and the restrictions of every project that may have a huge impact statement on the project.
